HANSAN C&S provides preventive maintenance
services both to our construction work clients and
to other clients who need such services. Moreover,
we also provide 24 hour emergency call-out response
service, 365 days a year, which protects our Clients¡¯
facilities from any interruptions or malfunctions
which might lead to a tremendous business loss.
We also provide extensive facilities management for electrical, mechanical,
fire, security and FMS (BMS) equipment and systems. Through our FM
experience at National Computerisation Agency, On*Media, and Kyobo
Auto Insurance, we have gained strong experience and knowledge regarding
risk management, coordination between vendors and communication with
Clients.
